Our Story
Founded with a vision to preserve and propagate the rich heritage of Indian classical music, Surtaal Sangeet Academy has been a beacon of musical education for over two decades.
We believe music is not just an art form, but a discipline that shapes character, enhances cognitive abilities, and connects souls. Our academy blends traditional gurukul-style teaching with modern pedagogy.
Our Mission
"Singing classes cover a wide range of subjects, broadly categorized into vocal technique, music theory, practical training, and performance skills. Students learn essential elements such as vocal warm-ups, breathing control, posture, and vocal range development. Training also includes ear training, sight-reading, and song interpretation to build strong musical understanding. Additionally, special focus is given to stage presence and performance confidence, helping students become complete and expressive performers."
